How to Track a Topup Nepal Order
Every order gets an Order ID — here's how to use it to check your status.
Where to Find Your Order ID
Right after you tap Buy Now during checkout, Topup Nepal generates an Order ID in the format #TUN-XXXXX (for example #TUN-84920). It's shown in the payment popup and again once you confirm your order — save or screenshot it.
Steps to Track Your Order
Enter your Order ID
Type your Order ID (e.g. TUN-84920) into the field.
View the status
Your order will show as Pending, Processing or Completed.
What the Statuses Mean
Pending — your order was placed and is awaiting payment verification. Processing — payment has been verified and your top-up is being credited. Completed — your top-up has been delivered successfully.
Can't find your order, or something looks wrong? Contact support with your Order ID handy. Need to place a new order? Visit Free Fire or PUBG Mobile.
