- Payment Verification: Uploaded payment receipts or transaction screenshots to verify payments via eSewa, Khalti, or Fonepay references.
- Account Credentials (Optional): If you choose to register, your email address and encrypted credentials handled securely via Firebase Authentication.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data strictly for operational needs:
- To process and credit your requested digital top-up orders accurately.
- To verify payment submissions and prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
- To enable real-time order tracking through our public Order Tracking tool using your unique Order ID.

- Customer order records are stored in Google Cloud Firestore with access restricted via strict security rules.
- We never ask for or store your game passwords, email passwords, or bank PINs/MPINs.
- Payment screenshots are compressed and stored securely on persistent image hosting infrastructure.

Topup Nepal utilizes reputable third-party services including Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication and database management, and Cloudflare/Netlify for fast static hosting. Local browser storage is utilized solely to remember theme preferences (dark mode) and login session tokens.
