1. Service Overview

Topup Nepal provides digital in-game recharge and voucher fulfillment services in Nepal. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Accurate Account & Player Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate in-game information (such as Free Fire Player UID, PUBG Mobile Character ID, or TikTok username). Topup Nepal fulfills digital items directly to the identifier submitted during checkout. Once a top-up has been successfully credited to the submitted UID, the transaction is final and irreversible.

3. Payments & Receipt Verification

All payments must be completed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) via the provided eSewa, Khalti, or Fonepay payment methods. Customers must attach a clear, legitimate screenshot or transaction receipt containing the transaction code/reference. Orders with invalid, duplicate, or unverified payment slips will be marked as Rejected.

4. Delivery Timeline

Most digital orders are processed and credited within minutes during active operating hours. In the event of game server maintenance, third-party payment gateway latency, or technical updates, processing may occasionally experience brief delays.

5. Prohibited Misuse

Users agree not to submit fraudulent transaction screenshots, tamper with platform requests, exploit technical glitches, or engage in unauthorized access. Any fraudulent activity will result in order cancellation and permanent restriction from our services.
